I had a travel map in one hand and my phone in the other. I was told Niagara Falls is a day trip. There are two routes one can take. First, a rental car from your hotel (Duration: 2hours). Second, two subway switches , one bus journey (we are not done yet!) & finally one cab drive. So which one do you think I picked? Yup! you got it! A shoutout to adventure!
Toronto –> Oakville –> BURLINGTON –> Stamford –> Niagara Falls. Duration (2hours :59 minutes )
Burlington was a brief interlude. Little I knew that its mysticism will catapult me to the depths of my soul. You know that feeling you get when you step in a place for the first time but feel like its not your first time? Do you belong here? Does this place have a story to tell that you might have forgotten?
Standing at the Burlington platform, I was acknowledged by a myriad of yellow lamps and corridor lights. Was I slipping in and out of a dream like state? I had no answers to most of my questions! Sometimes you never find the answers and other times you don’t wish to. It’s best to just leave it the way it is – in a limbo. Life comes full circle. At least that’s what I want to believe.
I don’t know what I was thinking when I shot for these impromptu moments. But by the virtue of being a blogger, I could project my experiences through words and pictures. So here they are! Burlington – a brief interlude!
P.S. The photographs have not been edited or color corrected. #nofilter 🙂
